Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our store! If for any reason you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Return Procedure

  • To return an item, please contact us via email at arthabitsgr@gmail.com, quoting your order number. We will send you the necessary instructions and address details for the return.
  • Product returns can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order. (Weekends and holidays are counted within the 14 days.)


2. Return conditions

In order for a return to be accepted:

  • Products must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, clean and in their original packaging, with all labels.
  • They must be accompanied by proof of purchase (retail receipt).
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • If you receive products that have been damaged or broken in transit, or if you find that any of the products are missing, please contact us as soon as possible (within 2 days of receipt) and send us photographic evidence so that we can proceed with their immediate replacement.

3. Return expenses

  • In case of return of a non-defective product or exchange, the shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
  • In case of return due to company error or receipt of a defective product, the shipping costs are borne by our company.


4. Refund of money

  • The refund is made within 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the product.
  • The amount of money corresponding to the value of the products minus the shipping costs will be refunded.
  • The refund is made only after approval of the product inspection by our company.
